Easygenerator becomes partner of LINGOs

Easygenerator becomes partner of LINGOs

Rotterdam – May 2011. Easygenerator has become partner of LINGOs. LINGOs is a consortium of over 65 international humanitarian relief, development, conservation and social justice organizations that share learning resources and experiences. By providing the latest learning technologies and courses from their partners, LINGOs helps ngo’s to increase the skill levels of their employees, and therefore increasing the impact of their programs.

LINGOs and easygenerator have signed a partner agreement. LINGOs will get free usage of easygenerator products and services for all their projects, including the Global give back competition. The contract for the partnership has been signed by Eric Berg (Executive Director LINGOs) and Kasper Spiro (CEO easygenerator).

Eric Berg: “... We are very happy with the support of easygenerator. Our projects span the world and an online authoring tool is a necessity for us. We do our work across continents and time zones, therefore the cooperation, workflow and review facilities of easygenerator will make our lives a lot easier. We work a lot with subject matter experts in the developing countries. The fact that easygenerator is online and the ease of use of easygenerator really makes the difference for us. We are especially excited with the new SME-version easygenerator is working on, that will add even more value.”

Kasper Spiro says: "...LINGOs is a great organization that does important work. They really help make the world a better place. Easygenerator wants to be a social responsible company and partnering with LINGOs gives us the opportunity to do just that. We can use our core competence; facilitating the development of e-Learning and supporting a great cause at the same time.”
LINGOs will get all the facilities a ‘normal’ partner gets from easygenerator: Their own easygenerator environment, training and support. LINGOs is allowed to support all (65) NGOs that are part of their organization. Each NGO will gets its own environment. LINGOs  is also allowed to use easygenerator to support other activities like the “Global Giveback Competition” with easygenerator.

About LINGOs
LINGOs is a not-for-profit consortium of over 65 international humanitarian relief, development, conservation and social justice organizations that share learning resources and experiences. By providing the latest learning technologies and courses from our partners, LINGOs helps these agencies strengthen their greatest resource, their global staff.  As globally dispersed staff members increase their skills, they increase the impact of their programs.

Created in 2005 as a means for organizations to share learning resources, the LINGOs community is continuously expanding. LINGOs has served as a central contact point for private sector organizations interested in assisting the sector but who want to see their contributions of software, courseware, systems and services leveraged across many organizations.
Through the generous support of partners in the private sector, LINGOs makes available a wide range of courses as well as tools for developing, distributing and implementing learning strategies. www.lingos.org
