Eedo’s European Strategy Validated by Client Wins, Product Acceptance and a Growing Web of Partners

Nashua, N.H., July15, 2003 -- Eedo Knowledgeware Corporation, the leader in e-Learning/Knowledge Management solutions for the Real Time Enterprise, today announced the completion of the first phase of its development of a European distribution network. Eedo commenced operations in Europe in 2002 and has been very successful in securing clients, with solutions centered on Eedo’s Award-winning Forceten platform.

In addition to numerous client wins, Eedo Europe has attracted and secured a number of strategic alliances with European Resellers and providers of complimentary services. Localized solution providers/resellers include Vivial Learning in France; Accessium (www.accessium.nl) , a Siemens/nl.tree founded Company in the Netherlands; and Spectrum, serving the Austrian marketplace. In addition, Eedo has engaged with Interactive Systems (IAS), a leading provider of simulation technology for the Life Sciences sector.
