LCMS (Learning Content Management System) platform van Interactive Labs, Giunti Publishing Group gelanceerd door edugolive.

Almere, The Netherlands, April 2002, edugolive. edugolive will launch learn eXact (www.learneXact.com) , the first Learning Content Management System (LCMS) conforming to the most important international specifications (ADL-SCORM, IMS, AICC), ideal for the development and management of learning and information Business to Employee (B2E) portals and Vertical Knowledge Publishing Portals (VKP). Developed by Interactive Labs, the New Media and Technology Based Training Company of GIUNTI Publishing Group (www.giuntilabs.com) , learn eXact has been highlighted by ADL, Advanced Distributed Learning , the elearning standardisation fora of the US DoD and Ministery of Labour (www.adlnet.org) as the reference LCMS application fully implementing its SCORM 1.2. and next 1.3. specifications for elearning and eknowledge content generation, storage, delivery and tracking.

learn eXact covers the full cycle of development, storage and multi-device delivery of eLearning contents and is also interoperable with any 3rd party Learning Management System (LMS) or Information System (HR, KMS, ERP, Legacy...) conforming to international standards.

learn eXact includes the following interoperable and optional modules:

eXact Packager, client/server software to create and package xml native learning objects, courses and pubblications that can be delivered on standards-compliant platforms and devices (CD, DVD, Web, e-book, mobile, wireless and wearable devices, GPRS / UMTS phones);

eXact Siter, Web-based software with advanced content management, tracking and delivery features, ideal for the setup and management of eLearning portals and Business to Employee (B2E) knowledge portals;

eXact Lobster, Learning Objects Storage Repository based on Tamino, the first DBMS xml native by Software AG, to store courses, knowledge and learning objects in native xml format with dynamically redefinable XSL stylesheets enabling multi-device, future-proof, content delivery;

eXact Tracer to track and report learners" performances following ADL-SCORM CMI specifications;

eXact Stations, 3rd party hardware devices fully integrated with the learn eXact solution for mobile delivery of learning content ideal for just-in-time training (JITT) and mission critical decision support scenarios (such as industrial maintenaince). eXact Stations will be presented at SMAU01, based upon CompaQ Ipaq, Fujitsu pen computers, Xybernaut wearable PC and IPM-Net eBook devices.

Retentie en AI

Helma van den Berg van Let's Learn! beluisterde de bijdrage van Jeanne Bakker aan de podcastserie BrainBakery. Bakker vertelde over de bedreiging en kansen die we nu en in de toekomst van AI kunnen verwachten. In de podcast sprak zij haar verwachtingen uit voor de toekomst van AI in leren. Helma is het met haar eens. Zoals de gedachte om AI voor gepersonaliseerd leren te gebruiken.
