About the role 

As a Global Account Manager you’ll be hunting prospects or managing accounts using our digital learning solutions that comprise a SaaS platform, our off the shelf leadership, management, personal development and digital literacy content as well as our learning consultancy services (learning design, learner marketing, support and project management). These are genuinely integrated solutions that meet the organisational needs of 21st Century workplaces – not glued-together bits of product.

You’ll need to manage leads, sales processes, negotiations, relationships, forecasting, account planning, account renewals, trade shows, marketing activities (including some outbound “warm” calling sometimes), as well as cross-selling with our international businesses.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • Track record in selling B2B complex solutions in long sales cycles
  • Demonstrable experience developing and influencing long-term partnerships
  • Tenacity, results oriented and dedication to collective success
  • Assertiveness and ability to challenge customers

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch & English, any other language is an asset.
